PART 3: The Truth Unveiled

The moment her declaration left her lips, the surrounding area fell dead silent. The crowd held their breath, waiting for a good show. They expected to see a delivery guy or a low-level clerk bow his head and walk away in humiliation.

But they were dead wrong.

I looked deep into her eyes. A faint smile, half-subtle and half-cold, slowly crept onto my face. My eyes narrowed slightly, carrying the razor-sharp edge of a man who makes life-and-death decisions in the business world every day.

"Then..." I whispered, my voice low but crystal clear in the dead silence, "...get ready."

I slowly pulled my right hand out of my pocket. Gripped between my fingers was not a scrap of paper, but a black smart key bearing the distinctive Porsche shield logo—the genuine key to the car.

Click. Click.

I pressed the button. The original black Porsche 911 emitted two crisp chirps. The front and rear turn signals flashed twice, and the side mirrors automatically unfolded. The engine gave a low, rumbling growl, like a beast waking up. Meanwhile, the fake key she held in her hand remained completely useless.

The smile on the green-dressed woman's face froze instantly. Her complexion turned from flushed to pale, then completely white within a matter of seconds. The fake key slipped from her fingers, hitting the pavement with a dry, hollow thud.

"You... you are..." a man from the back of the crowd gasped, his eyes widening as he recognized my face from the morning’s financial news. "The anonymous billionaire of TechNova... Evan Vance!"

A wave of whispers exploded through the crowd. The very people who had been mocking me seconds ago now bowed their heads in unison, their faces washed with terror and regret. The woman standing before me trembled, all the strength draining from her legs. Her earlier challenge to "drop to her knees" had now become the most humiliating sentence she had brought upon herself. She slowly collapsed onto the plaza pavement—not out of reverence, but out of absolute shock and utter humiliation.

I didn't bother to glance at her a second time. I stepped right past the kneeling woman, opened the door, and slid into the luxurious cabin of the Porsche.

The door snapped shut, completely cutting off the noisy world and its endless prejudices outside. I started the engine, hit the gas, and the car sped away, leaving behind a stunned crowd and a costly lesson about judging a man by his shirt.
